Experienced Certified Ski Instructor and Alpine Race Coach

Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Certified Ski Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of teaching and coaching experience internationally, in-depth understanding of various regions of the world, and the ability to effectively work with diverse clientele of all ages and abilities. This role requires significant credentials, including a BASI Level 4 Tech and Teach alpine ski instructor certification with European Mountain Security qualification and Swiss Snowsports certification equivalent to: Certified Snow Sports Instructor, Federal Diploma of Higher Education, as well as Alpine Race Coach Level 2. Fluency in English and German is essential.
1. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional ski instruction to clients of all ages and skill levels.
- Incorporate adaptive ski instruction techniques for a diverse clientele
- Utilize international coaching experience to enhance our different programs' reputation
- Collaborate with other instructors, coaches, and team members
- Uphold and promote the highest standards of safety and professionalism
2. Requirements:
- BASI Level 4 Tech and Level 4 Teach certifications
- European Mountain Security qualification
- Swiss Snowsports certification equivalent to: Certified Snow Sports Instructor, Federal Diploma of Higher Education
- Alpine Race Coach Level 2 certification
- FIS race experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an adaptive ski instructor
- Over 15 years of international teaching and coaching experience, in different regions of the world
- University-level degree
- Fluency in English and German
- At least 10 years' prior experience teaching in Saas Fee
- Experience working with Snowminds ski instructor training courses in Switzerland and Canada
